| | The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. with its corporate seat in Amsterdam, the Netherlands announces preliminary unaudited results of the first six months of 2011:
• Consolidated revenue grew 25% to UAH 1,300 mln
• EBITDA increased by 40% to UAH 750 mln
