| | The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. with its corporate seat in Amsterdam, the Netherlands announces preliminary unaudited results of the year 2010:
• Consolidated revenue grew 73% y-o-y to EUR 203 million
• Gross profit increased by 102% to EUR 77 million
• EBITDA gained 84% and constituted EUR 92 million
