| | The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. (the "Company") informs about the following amendment to the current report No. 1/2010 of 18 January2010.
The Company will publish its consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2010 on August 25, 2010 instead of August 27, 2010.
Consolidated interim report for the 3 rd quarter of 2010 will be published as announced on November 12, 2010.
