| | The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. (the "Company") informs about the following amendment to the current report No. 1/2010 of 18 January 2010.
The Company will publish its consolidated annual report for 2009 on April 26, 2010 instead of April 30, 2010.
All other reports will be published as announced:
- Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2010 - August 27, 2010.
- Consolidated interim reports:
For the 1st quarter of 2010 - May 14, 2010;
For the 3rd quarter of 2010 - November 12, 2010.
