| The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. (Company) herby informs that between December 17, 2013 and December 20, 2013, during trading sessions on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Company purchased its own shares in the quantity of 2600 with the average price of PLN 59 per share.
The shares have been bought acting pursuant to the resolution No.5 adopted by the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 21 June 2013 (see current report No. 8/2013 dated 21 June 2013).
