| | The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. announces preliminary unaudited results for the year 2015:
• Consolidated revenues were EUR 313 million
• Gross profit was 135 million
• EBITDA amounted EUR 125 million
• Net debt was EUR 174 million
