Notice of Annual General Meeting and Annual Report and Accounts
Atlas Estates Limited (the 'Company') announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 (the 'Accounts') have been distributed to shareholders together with the notice of the Annual General Meeting (the 'Notice of AGM').
The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's Registered Office at Martello Court, Admiral Park, St Peter Port, GY1 3HB Guernsey on 29 July 2013 at 10.30am. The proposed agenda and issues relating to filling of the documents concerning the right to exercise share voting rights are included in the appendices to this current report.
