w zwiÄ…zku z § 30 punkt 18) RozporzÄ…dzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartoÅ›ciowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa paÅ„stwa niebÄ™dÄ…cego paÅ„stwem czÅ‚onkowskim ("RozporzÄ…dzenie"), informuje, iż w dniu 1 października 2013 roku Atlas & Shasha Estates Zrt. z siedzibÄ… w Budapeszcie - spóÅ‚ka zależna od SpóÅ‚ki otrzymaÅ‚a mailem od "HUNYADI" Liqudators Ltd. pismo z datÄ… 30 wrzeÅ›nia 2013 informujÄ…ce, że:
- rozpoczęła się likwidacja Atlas & Shasha Estates Zrt. z siedzibą w Budapeszcie;
- wniosek o likwidację został złożony w Stołecznym Sądzie w Budapeszcie w dniu 27 września 2013 roku;
- "HUNYADI" Liqudators Ltd. z siedzibą w Budapeszcie został wyznaczony jako likwidator.

Informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartoÅ›ciowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa paÅ„stwa nie bÄ™dÄ…cego paÅ„stwem czÅ‚onkowskim (Dziennik UrzÄ™dowy z 2009 r., Nr 33, Pozycja 259).Information on the opening date of the liquidation of the issuer’s subsidiary
The Board of Directors of Atlas Estates Limited (the “Company"), in compliance with §5 item 1 point 24) in connection with §30 point 18) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance in Poland, dated 19 February 2009 on current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the law of non – member states (“Regulation") announces that on 1 October 2013 the Company’s subsidiary Atlas & Shasha Estates Zrt. with its registered seat in Budapest received by e-mail letter dated 30 September 2013 from “HUNYADI" Liquidators Ltd. the informing that:
-liquidation of the Atlas & Shasha Estates Zrt. with the registered seat in Budapest was commenced;
-the motion of liquidation was filed with the Budapest Metropolitan Court on 27 September 2013;
-HUNYADI" Liquidators Ltd. with its registered seat in Budapest was appointed as the liquidator.

§5 item 1 point 24) in connection with §30 point 18) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance in Poland, dated 19 February 2009 on current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the law of non – member states (Polish Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, Item 259).
