Before the notified share transactions, Harberin held 1.027.375 shares in the Company constituting 17,43 percent in the share capital of the Company, which vested in their holder 1.027.375 votes at the General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company, such votes accounting for 17,43 percent of the overall number of votes. | |
