| | Avia Solutions Group AB announces that the company has received:
- the notification made by UAB Indeco: Investment and Development regarding the decrease in the number of votes in Avia Solutions Group AB below the threshold of 10 percent (please, refer to Annex No 1);
- the notification made by Mr. Vaidas Barakauskas regarding the increase in the number of votes in Avia Solutions Group AB above the threshold of 10 percent (please, refer to Annex No 2);
- the notification on transaction concluded by the member of the Supervisory Council of the company - Mr. Vaidas Barakauskas (please, refer to Annex No 3).
