The new issue of the shares was issued by way of increase of the authorised capital of the Company under the decisions of the general meeting of shareholders of the Company, dated 24 September 2014.Thus, following the admission, as indicated above all the shares of the Company (7,777,777 units) are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange as of 30 December 2014.AB Avia Solutions Group
