Topic: Registration of allotment certificates for new issue shares in the National Depository for Securities
The Management Board of BRE Bank SA, with its registered office in Warszawa (the "Bank"), announces that on 9 of June 2010, the Bank was informed by the Operations Department of the National Depository for Securities that on 10 of June 2010, 12,371,200 allotment certificates for ordinary bearer shares of the new issue, with nominal value of PLN 4 each (the "Allotment Certificates for New Issue Shares"), were registered.
The Allotment Certificates for New Issue Shares will be registered under the code PLBRE0005151 based on the resolution of 19 May 2010 of the KDPW’s Management Board.
