Information about the listing of individual pre-emptive rights
The Management Board of BRE Bank S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby announces that on May 18, 2010 it received an announcement from the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) of May 18, 2010, in which the WSE supplied information regarding the listing of the Bank’s individual pre-emptive bearer rights for the Bank’s ordinary shares with a nominal value of PLN 4 each (“New Shares”):
1) abbreviated name – BRE-PP,
2) ticker code – BREP,
3) code – PLBRE0005136,
4) number – 29,690,882,
5) pre-emptive right date: May 18, 2010,
6) first day of listing of pre-emptive rights: May 19, 2010,
7) last day of listing of pre-emptive rights: May 21, 2010.
Furthermore, the Bank explains that the individual pre-emptive rights to New Shares apply to all the existing shares in the Bank.
