Re: Dividend from Aviva Group companies
Report no. 14/2010
Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. as the shareholder of the
Aviva Group companies, hereby advises that:
- the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of
Aviva Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva BZ WBK S.A. on 8 June 2010
agreed that a dividend would be paid out to its shareholders. As a
result, Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. will receive the amount of PLN
20,312,070.95 from Aviva Powszechne Towarzystwo
Emerytalne Aviva BZ WBK S.A. The dividend will be paid out on 10 June
2010.
- the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of
Aviva Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie S.A. on 8 June 2010 agreed that a
dividend would be paid out to its shareholders. As a result, Bank
Zachodni WBK S.A. will receive the amount of PLN 28,000,444.50 from
Aviva Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie S.A. The dividend will be paid
out on 14 June 2010.
Legal basis:
Art. 56, clause 1, point 1 of the Act on Public
Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments
to Organized Trading and Public Companies.
