Re: Dividend from Aviva Group companies
Report no. 16/2009
Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. as the shareholder of the Aviva Group companies,
hereby advises that:
- the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Aviva Powszechne
Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva BZ WBK S.A. agreed that a dividend would be
paid out to its shareholders. As a result, Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. will
receive the amount of PLN 18.459.380,00 from Aviva Powszechne
Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva BZ WBK S.A. The dividend will be paid out
on 1 July 2009.
- the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Aviva Towarzystwo
Ubezpieczeń na Życie S.A. agreed that a dividend would be paid out to
its shareholders. As a result, Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. will receive the
amount of PLN 50.000.000,00 from Aviva Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie
S.A. The dividend will be paid out on 3 July 2009.

Art. 56, clause 1, point 1 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions
Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading
and Public Companies.
