The Management Board of Bank Zachodni WBK
S.A. would like to advise that starting from 1st January 2005, pursuant
to § 10 it. 1 of the Regulations on the Use of the Electronic
Information Transfer System (ESPI) - Appendix no. 1 of Ordinance
no.18/2004 of the General Director of the SEC Office of 22nd October
2004, the Company starts using the Electronic Information Transfer
System (ESPI).As of the beginning of 2005, the company will pass
current and periodical reports and other information on the basis of the
regulations on public trading in securities using ESPI.Ms Alina
Stachowiak is the system operator.
