Zarząd spółki Cinema City International N.V. z siedzibą w Amsterdamie, Holandia, ("Spółka") informuje, że 26 marca 2010 r. Spółka otrzymała zawiadomienie od ING Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne SA ("ING") o następującej treści:

"Zgodnie z obowiązkiem wynikającym z art. 69 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. - o ofercie publicznej: i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych (Dz.U. z 2009 r. Nr 185, poz. 1439) informujemy, że w wyniku zbycia akcji spółki Cinema City International N.V. (dalej "Spółka"), rozliczonych w dniu 23 marca 2010 roku, ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (dalej "Fundusz") zmniejszył stan posiadania akcji Spółki, poniżej 5% głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu akcjonariuszy Spółki.
Przed zbyciem akcji Fundusz posiadał 2 693 420 (dwa miliony sześćset dziewięćdziesiąt trzy tysiące czterysta dwadzieścia) akcji Spółki, stanowiących 5,30% kapitału zakładowego Spółki i był uprawniony do 2 693 420 (dwa miliony sześćset dziewięćdziesiąt trzy tysiące czterysta dwadzieścia) głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu akcjonariuszy, co stanowiło 5,30% ogólnej liczby głosów.
W dniu 26 marca 2010 roku na rachunku papierów wartościowych Funduszu znajduje się 2 406 227 (dwa miliony czterysta sześć tysięcy dwieście dwadzieścia siedem) akcji Spółki, co stanowi 4,73% kapitału zakładowego Spółki. Akcje te uprawniają do 2 406 227 (dwa miliony czterysta sześć tysięcy dwieście dwadzieścia siedem) głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu akcjonariuszy Spółki,, co stanowi 4,73% ogólnej liczby głosów."

Podstawa prawna: Art. . 5:53 i nast. holenderskiej Ustawy o rynkach finansowych i nadzorze nad tymi rynkami z dnia 28 września 2006 r. (Ustawa o nadzorze finansowym – Wft.) w związku z art. 70 pkt. 1 Ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej, warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych.

	Notification on the change in shareholding in Cinema City International NVCinema City International N.V. with its corporate seat in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, (the "Company") gives notification that on 26 March 2010 the Company received from ING Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne SA (the “ING”) the following notification:“Pursuant to Article 69 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offerings and the Conditions Governing the Admission of Financial Instruments to an Organized Trading System and Public Companies (Journal of Laws from 2009 No. 185 item 1439), we wish to inform you that following the disposal of shares of the Company Cinema City International N.V. (the Company) settled on 23 March 2010, ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (the “Fundusz”) decreased the number of shares held in the Company to below than 5 percent during at the shareholders meeting of the Company.Before the disposal of shares the Fundusz held 2 693 420 (two million six hundred ninety three thousand four hundred twenty) shares of the Company, which constituted 5.30 percent of the Company’s share capital and it was authorized to 2 693 420 (two million six hundred ninety three thousand four hundred twenty) votes at a shareholders meeting, which constituted 5.30 percent of the total number of votes.On 26 March 2010 on the Fundusz’s securities account there are 2 406 227 (two million four hundred six thousand two hundred twenty seven) shares of the Company, which constitutes 4.73 percent of the share capital. These shares carry 2 406 227 (two million four hundred six thousand two hundred twenty seven) votes at a shareholders meeting and they constitute 4.73 percent of the total number of votes.Legal grounds: Article 5:53 and subsequent of the Dutch Act of 28 September 2006 on rules regarding the financial .markets and their supervision (Act on Financial Supervision – Wft.) in conjunction with Article 70.1 of the Act on Public Offerings, Conditions governing the Introduction of Shares to Organized Trading and on Public Companies.
