Re-appointment of a Member of the Board of Supervisory DirectorsThe Board of Managing Directors of Cinema City International N.V. with its corporate seat in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (the “Company”) informs that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Cinema City International N.V. („AGM”) held on June 23, 2009 in Rotterdam re-appointed Mr Peter John Weishut as the member of the Board of Supervisory Directors for a term of four years.Mr. Peter John Weishut1) Appointment date of the supervising person:23 June 20092) Name and family name of the appointed supervising person:Mr. Peter John Weishut3) Position of the supervising person in the issuer’s company:Member of the Supervisory Board4) Education, qualifications and previous positions including professional carrierPeter Weishut was appointed as a member of the Board of Supervisory Directors in 2004 and, as of November 2006, has been a member of the Appointment Committee. Between 1969 and 1997, Mr Weishut worked as a director in Akzo Nobel in the Netherlands and Japan. From 1997 to 1999, he served as Management Consultant for Rafino, producer of pet foods, in the Netherlands. Between 1999 and 2001, Mr Weishut was the treasurer of a foundation celebrating the 400-year relationship between the Netherlands and Japan.
