| | ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. informs its reputable investors that the deadline announced for the creditors who have not taken part previously in the implementation of the settlement agreement had successfully passed, and almost all creditors being in default had fulfilled their obligations under the settlement agreement.
As the result of the above only 3 bond holder and 2 non-bond holder creditors of all registered creditors (551) of the Company in the bankruptcy process had not yet fulfilled their obligations under the settlement agreement.
Considering the above the Company initiates the transfer of shares to the creditors acted in line with applicable rules.
2. With reference to the company’s previous announcements the Company informs its reputable investors that the voluntary liquidation of Fondelec E.E.E.R. GP. Corp. has been successfully closed as of today. | |
