EXTRAORDINARY ANNOUNCEMENT
On the basis of the Act on the Capital Market and Ministry of Finances Regulation No:
24/2008. (VIII.15.)
ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (“Company") hereby informs its Honourable Investors that the
under order No: Gfv.VII.30/108/2014/2. the Curia as the supervisory court rejected the
request for supervision submitted by a former creditor of the Company against the final
order of the Metropolitan Regional Court approving settlement with the creditors and
declaring the bankruptcy proceedings completed.
In the decision the Curia stated that the order of the Metropolitan Regional Court may not
be challenged by a request for supervision on the basis of Section h), Paragraph (1), Article
271 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
