(“Company") hereby informs its honourable Investors in relation with the dispute existing against the Romanian Financial Authority:
Accepting the legal argument of the Company, the Romanian Court rejected the action of the Brașov Regional Public Funds Directorate - Mureș County Public Funds Directorate initiating the liquidation of the Company and accepted the appeal of the Company, approving the objection related to the lack of jurisdiction of the Romanian Courts.
The decision is final and the detailed description has not been delivered to the Company.
