The Company applied legal remedy towards the Romanian as well as the Hungarian tax authorities. The Hungarian tax authority cancelled the execution proceedings taking the legal remedy request into consideration.
The Company hereby informs its reputable Investors that the Court of Târgu Mures accepted the objection of the Company against the uniform document of the Romanian tax authorit permitting execution and nullified the execution document. The decision is not final; the explanation thereof has not been received by the Company. | | |
