Today, 101,237 pieces of ENEFI shares have been credited to the account of the company as the
consideration of the claim existing against E-STAR Management Polska (under liquidation).
Consequently
ï‚· E-STAR Management Polska does not possess any ENEFI shares any more; its liquidation is expected to be closed in the near future, through which the corporate structure is further simplified.
ï‚· The number of own shares of ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. is 4,760,252 pieces.
ï‚· The number of shares owned by affiliated companies is 1,112,518 pieces.
