Qualifying the notice of CDR as an administrative document, the first instance court made the above decision, obliging CDR to continue the service until the other lawsuit is closed.
Following the reception of the explanation, CDR will exercise its right to appeal, considering that it deems the first instance decision as severely unlawful particularly considering that as a business association it is not an administrative body; its notice shall not be qualified as an administrative document.
