As a consequence of the foregoing, E-Star ESCO Kft. has been driven out of the sphere of consolidation of ENEFI corporate group.
Also referring to its earlier announcement, the Company hereby notifies its reputable Investors that ENEFI Projekttársaság Kft. constituting 100% property of the Company and being the legal successor of the project companies under the settlement with the creditors in terms of the settlement with the creditors dated on 26th April 2013 separated from E-Star ESCO Kft.; furthermore that E-Star ESCO Kft. had sold its assets and sales revenue associated with its existing projects to the Company prior to the sale and purchase.
