Zoo with the finanacial structure and manner defined int he respective announcement of the comapny dated 08.12.2015 according to the information of the manager of EETEK Ltd.
The debits of ENEFI Polska Sp. Zoo towards Bank Zachodni and – besides this – the purchase price _48.51 millions PLN_ is fully paid by the purchaser on February 26, 2016.
