| | ZarzÄ…d HAWE S.A. z siedzibÄ… w Warszawie (dalej "SpóÅ‚ka") przekazuje do publicznej wiadomoÅ›ci, że w dniu dzisiejszym (tj. 10 maja 2013 roku) od TRINITYBAY INVESTMENTS LTD (dalej "Trinitybay") wpÅ‚ynęło zawiadomienie o nastÄ™pujÄ…cej treÅ›ci:
“concerning the notification of the decrease of the share in the total number of votes
Dear Sirs,
Acting in accordance with Art. 89 sec. 2 point la) and Art. 69 sec. 4 of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on the public offer and the conditions for the introducing of the financial instruments to the organized trading system, and on the public companies (Official Journal dated 2009 No. 185 item 1439, as amended - hereinafter referred to as the "Act") we hereby notify about the decrease of the share in the total number of votes in Hawe SA with its registered seat in Warsaw (the "Hawe").
TRINITYBAY INVESTMENTS LIMITED a company duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, registered at the Registrar of Companies under the number HE 288434, and having its registered seat at: Arch. Makariou III, 33 Frixos Court, 6017, Larnaca, Cyprus (the "Trinitybay") during the period from 11 July 2012 to 30 April 2013 sold in several transactions at the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the "Transactions") 2,241,151 stocks in Hawe.
Before the Transactions Trinitybay held 30,264,660 stocks in Hawe, which amounts to 28.22% in the share capital of Hawe and it entitles to 30,264,660 votes at the general assembly of Hawe constituting 28.22% of the total number of votes.
After the Transactions Trinitybay holds 28,023,509 stocks in Hawe, which amounts to 26.13% in the share capital of Hawe and it entitles to 28,023,509 votes at the general assembly of Hawe constituting 26.13% of the total number of votes.
Trinitybay does not have any subsidiaries holding Hawe stock.
There are no entities mentioned in Art. 87 sec. 1 item 3 letter C of the Act."
