| | The board of directors of Kernel Holding S.A. hereby announces that the dividend of USD 0.25 per share _twenty five US cents per share_ which was approved on the general meeting of shareholders held on 10 December 2015 will be payable on 29 April 2016 _the “Payment Date"_ to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 22 April 2016 _the “Record Date"_.
