With a reference to the public notice from 22 May 2012, Krka is informing the public that from 12 June 2012 up to and including 18 June 2012 Krka acquired 10,239 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 435,178 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., NLB d.d. and GBD Gorenjska borznoposredniška družba d.d. were brokers in these transactions. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,109,499, representing 5.955% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,119,738 representing 5.984% of all shares issued.
