Further to its announcement on 19 December 2014, Plaza Centers (“Plaza" or the "Company") announces that 388,374,137 ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each have today been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market for listed securities and on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. These shares comprise 15,710,712 Escrow Shares and 90,336,595 Bondholders' Shares, with the balance being ordinary shares issued under the Company's Rights Offering and the arrangements relating to the offering as further described in the Prospectus. Since Plaza's ordinary shares are also listed on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd. ("TASE"), the above mentioned ordinary shares will in due course, following their admission to the TASE, also be tradable on the TASE. Following the Admission, there are a total of 685,560,275 Ordinary Shares in issue. For the purposes of calculating total voting rights shareholders may use the number 685,560,275 as the total number of shares in issue from today. Capitalised terms defined in the Prospectus published on 16 October 2014 shall have the same meaning when used in this announcement.
