| | International Personal Finance plc (the Company) hereby gives notice that on 2 April 2013 it obtained access to the Electronic System for Information Transmission (Elektroniczny System Przekazywania Informacji) (the ESPI). The ESPI is, among other things, a reporting system for companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
