| | Reinhold Polska Project 3 Sp. z o.o. and Reinhold Polska Project 5 Sp. z o.o., subsidiaries of Reinhold Polska AB, announce that on 15th of March 2010 they have signed forward funding and sale purchase agreements of their investments (“Kamienica LipiÅ„skiego") located in Warsaw at Aleje Jerozolimskie 61 and 63 in favor of Union Investment GmbH located in Hamburg. Total value of the agreements is estimated to be EUR 35m and subject to completion of construction works and leasing of premises. | |
