| | Sadovaya Group S.A., a joint stock company under Luxembourg law, with registered office at 412F, route d’Esch, L-2086 Luxembourg, registered in the Luxembourg Register of Companies under No. B 153.489, (the "Company"), hereby provides update on coal production in May 2011:
• Production of coal at mines increased 5.5% month to month
• Coal recovery from wastes and dumps increased 61.1% month to month
• Coal sales increased 52.5% year to year and 12.8% month to month
