| | SOPHARMA AD (the “Company") hereby informs that from 28 November 2013 up to and including 04 December 2013 the Company bought 13 622 own shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, to the total value of 48 733.56 BGN on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The average price per share was 3.58 BGN.
The shares have been bought on the basis of decision No. 7 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders from 23 June 2010.
The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 5 423 062, representing 4.11% of the share capital of the Company.
