| | SOPHARMA AD (the “Company") hereby informs that from 5 December 2013 up to and including 11 December 2013 the Company bought 9 796 own shares representing 0.007% of the share capital of the Company, to the total value of 35 659.97 BGN on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The average price per share was 3.64 BGN.
The shares have been bought on the basis of decision No. 7 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders from 23 June 2010.
The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 5 432 858, representing 4.12% of the share capital of the Company.
