| | The Management Board of TVN S.A. reports hereby, that on March 21, 2008 it was informed that a person from the managerial level of the Company and having an access to the confidential information and being competent to take decisions on the development and perspective of the Company sold:
1. 5,000 shares of TVN S.A. at PLN 23.50 per share in the session transaction on March 19, 2008.
2. 5,000 shares of TVN S.A. at PLN 23.70 per share in the session transaction on March 20, 2008.
3. 2,000 shares of TVN S.A. at PLN 23.80 per share in the session transaction on March 20, 2008.
